Cancellation/ Refund policies

 If following your request to return an item, you change your mind and wish to cancel your return request, you have the option to refuse the collection of the item when the courier contacts you to pick up the item.

You can also call our Customer Support and we will instruct the courier to terminate the collection from you and reverse the status of your order.

• Any User can delete his account from the app following simple steps, by going to the account menu, then clicking on Delete Account, by performing this action, all user information (email, Facebook account, phone number, etc ...) will be permanently removed from the users storage (Firebase), and the user can stay be able to browse the application as anonymous user, and can also register his account again to the app to proceed with placing orders. Removing/ Deleting the account doesn't mean (Disabling the account), it means that the account and all related information/ personal data will be removed. The users may request for data deletion by removing their account directly from the account menu within the app, and they have the rights to erase their account and personal data.
