Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this Application.

Access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. Please review these terms and conditions on a periodic basis, as they are subject to modification, alteration, or update at any time and at the sole discretion of Sana Burgan. If you do not agree to any term or condition, you should not use this Application.

Sana Burgan, purveyors of products, and all other names, businesses and products referenced herein are trademarks or registered trademarks. All other products and company names referenced herein, if any, maybe the trademarks of their respective owners. Sana Burgan does not authorize the use of any trade name, trademark, registered trademark, logo, or any copyrighted material referenced herein for any purpose whatsoever, including non-commercial applications.

Restrictions on Use

No permission is granted for use the materials, information, text, graphics, video on your Application in any way or for any reason without prior specific authorization from Sana Burgan reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Cancellation/ Refund policies

For Jordan Customers:

If you made your order before 3 PM Jordan time then you can’t cancel your order because it’s going to be delivered next day, but once it’s made after 3 pm then you have till the end of the day to do so.

For Outside Jordan orders:

If the purchase is made and paid for then no cancellation is approved.

For Refund:

Its not allowed to refund the order unless is broken or expired or your received a different product than what you paid for.

Third Party Sites

Sana Burgan may from time to time provide links and pointers to internet sites maintained by third parties and it may from time to time provide materials from third parties on this Website. These third party sites and any third party materials are provided for your convenience only. Sana Burgan does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services available on these third party sites and Sana Burgan is not responsible for their content. Sana Burgan makes no representations whatsoever concerning the content if these sites and the fact that Sana Burgan has provided a link to such sites, its services, the products displayed, its owners, or its providers. You access these sites at your own risk.

Communications and Submissions

All personal data transmitted to Sana Burgan over the App. pursuant to placing an order, logging in or registering an account, such as name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number and payment information, shall be treated as confidential information.

Any communication or other materials which you submit to Sana Burgan or this App. (including, but not limited to, e-mail, "burning questions," product reviews, or other postings) relating to products, experiences, suggestions or other subject matter will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary submissions. All submissions made to public areas, such as "burning questions," are not subject to our Privacy Policy.

You may post reviews, comments, and other content, and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and mailings, or any form of spam. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or remove or edit content for any reason at its sole discretion.

By transmitting or posting any submissions to Sana Burgan to this App. you grant Sana Burgan and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use the content of such submissions for any purpose, including, but not limited to, the rights to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant Sana Burgan and it affiliates and sublicensees the right, at their sole discretion without obligation to do so, to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You further agree that the license granted herein includes all of the rights to use or authorize the use of any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products or services incorporating such information.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content of your submissions; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate any terms of this User Agreement and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify that Sana Burgan or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply. You agree that neither Sana Burgan nor its licensees will be liable to you for any use of any submission. Sana Burgan has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any submissions you submit to Sana Burgan or this Website and further agree that you, not Sana Burgan, have full responsibility for the content of any such submissions, including their legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Jurisdiction and Choice-of-Law

Sana Burgan operates this Application from its offices located in 4th Circle, Amman, Jordan. Sana Burgan makes no representations that the materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Application from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Integration 

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sana Burgan and supersedes any prior oral or written arguments, understandings, or other communications between parties. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both you and an authorized signatory of Sana Burgan.

Use Tax

Sana Burgan may charge sales tax to some items which are subject to tax.

International Shipping

Some manufacturers restrict us from selling some of their products outside Jordan. Furthermore, the nature of some products prohibits their export from Jordan.

Packages shipped internationally fall into the shipping company's responsibility against loss and theft. Any claim made for a lost or stolen package must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Other

The headings in this agreement are for reference purposes only and have no legal effect. If any portion of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.
